Keep on getting cut off

It has taken me over an hour and a half to get information regarding what the medical aid covers with regards to a consultation with a Facial and Oral Surgeon, after phoning in about six times, everytime I phone I hvae to give the same information again and again, then am put on hold then cuts off.

This is not acceptable, the reason I get is that there are high call volumes, this has been going on since I joined the medical aid last year, if this is the case you need to hire more staff, isn't it so?

Please do something about this, it is extrememly frustrating.

Please advise as to what action you will be taking.

Our high call volumes are primarily as a result of reverting back to our previous IT platform. Obviously there are numerous data/claim reconciliations that need to be conducted and we are in the last stages of this exercise. Our service levels will stabilise shortly and we thank you for your patience during this trying time.
