I want my money back!

I was a member of the scheme from 1 June to 31 December 2011 and cancelled by services effective 1 January 2012, and lo and behold, a debit order for my "gap cover" came off in January and I have yet to be contacted to be apologized to or to give details in order to get a refund. as far as I am concerned I am at a point where I need to go to Carte Blanche about this scheme, as I have had the most awful experience dealing with the most unhelpful people on the planet! I have had a look at the page and it is just complaints for 26 pages! This needs to be dealt with otherwise I will be taking it further!

Bestmed are not responsible for the administration, etc. pertaining to gap cover membership. We did, in an effort to assist, forward your cancellation request to hayley@totalmed.co.za. It is our understanding that one calendar month's notice is required in respect of gap cover cancellation and therefore your cover will terminate on 29/02/2012. Please contact hayley@totalmed.co.za for any additional information you may require.
