| HEADLINE | I Terminated my Membership!!! |

| I terminated my membership with Bestmed at the end of October 2011 and the notice period expired 31 December 2011. On 3 January 2012 Bestmed deducted my membershipfee, Gapcover and Sanlammed in the amount of R1125.50 from my bank account. I am trying to get hold of somebody at Bestmed to help me for 6 days now without success!!! This is totally unacceptable! I need to be refunded immediately. This time of year everybody has extra expenses with back to school etc. You are a pathetic medical scheme and I will inform all my friends and family of your poor performance. | |||

Utterly Disgusted:
Well Bestmed, you just showed how dedicated you are to resolve matters. Today is 20 January 2012. You promised that my money R1125.50 would be in my banking account on or before today. The money is not in my account!!!! If I don't receive the money by 14h00 today you will leave me with no option as to start with legal proceedings against you, the cost which will be for your account. My cellphone number is 082 371 1134 for you to make arraingements. I am a single mom with 2 children!!!!! |
