| My Fiancee went in for a operation on the 12 0f December 2011. We are still waiting to be refunded. I have made over 10 calls and every time the excuse is made that they are changing systems. No one at BestMed can give a date when payment is going to made. To top it off they are only paying 26% of what the doctor fee's were. I would not recommend BestMed to anyone even if they were the only medical aid around | |||
