Chronic medication rejected

I'm extremeley furious with Bestmed, my son cannot get his chronic medication due to the fact that Bestmed systems give the ff error message''Rejected -Service excluded from benefits - no benefit ''.He 's asthmatic for your info.I have just checked with their call centre ,and Victor confirmed that I still have savings of R 3877 plus my day to day benefits.My memebership no .10562945.This makes no sense to me, the ff medication were rejected yesterday ;
Flexotide inhaler
Fertomid- I had to pay cash as I need to take it .
Scotts Emulsion
Berotec syrup
Can someone look into this urgently ,my son needs to take his medication.I cannot pay cash for these medication , and I can't understand what is going on with Bestmed.I have never experienced any problems since I joined them about 2 yrs ago,up until now.This has left a bitter taste in my mouth to say the least.I'm very much dissappointed.

Hello Zwaneps,

Your claim for Scotts Emulsion, Bioharmony and Fertomid were rejected at 'dispensing stage' due to system interfacing problems at that time. Please submit a paper claim to us and we will refund you accordingly.
Flixotide and Berotec were approved under the chronic medicine benefit with effect from April 2011. These are non-formulary items and as such carry a 35% co-payment ie: R54.97 and R53.86 respectively. Unfortunately the claim was processed incorrectly by the pharmacy. Please submit a paper claim to us and we will refund you accordingly.

Utterly Disgusted: Nobody has contacted me as per their COPY n PASTE message.I regret why I joined them, they don't care about their members.They are happy to take your money every month ,but can't deliver on their promises
