Cancellation Nightmare

I've been trying to cancel my membership with Bestmed for the past two weeks , but get transferred from the one call centre agent to the next and all of them recon they will look into it and get back to me.

I've also sent a cancellation letter to [Email Removed] , but have not had any response from them in the week from the date on which I sent it.

Not Impressed: I have not received an e-mail from Mrs Bornman or anyone else at Bestmed for that matter. Please advise ?
