After 4 months benefit still not paid out, I have even appealed to the COO. We had pre approval, the amount has been stated and agreed according to their policies. The claim has been sent in for evaluation so many times. Twice they tried to pay the supplier called 'Apteek' even though we paid upfront and the money should be paid to us. They have tried to take the hospital benefit money from the savings account. Incompetent or corrupt, I don't know. |
