November 2011, I've trusted bergens to repair some of my goods. A big double door coke fridge and a top end Panasonic Microwave. Within two days all my goods were repaired my Microwave did not work for longer than week and then same problem happened again "dead"... Anyway i returned my microwave as i were told everything had a 3 month warranty. I then went back in middle December when i was told they needed parts, went back in Jan same response beginning of Feb they act as if they don't know me... it's now almost 4 months later and i still don't have my Microwave I've paid over R3500 for that microwave at Vision 2000 3 years ago i have the proof of payment, Serial number and will make a case against Bergens if i don't get my Microwave back in working order... my fridge has also packed-up since it was fixed by Bergens I'm to scared to get you guys to fix it. Bottom line is I want my stuff back A.S.A.P Werner Myburgh |
