Dear BPT, Please do not contact me for your products. Your continuous "harassment" is really ******* me off now. Your representative called me on the 14/09 @ 12h01. He was rude and arrogant and had an attitude as if i called him trying to sell him something. He tried to sell me DotCo and i declined the offer and he asked WHY dont i want DOTCO. I should be on DOTCO and he said some other rubbish. Why cant you take NO for an answer? Why do you continously call me when i decline your offer over and over. Where did you get my details from? There should be some law against this . The least you can do is TRAIN your call centre staff. They clearly DONT know how to deal with customers |

| Over the Moon: I was contacted by a representative of BPT, My query was handled professionally and I'm sure that the arrogant call centre agent will be given some training. I hope my initial report does not deter any potential clients. BPT does seem like a world class company who is customer driven. Its unfortunate that i had the bad experience that i did. | |||
