| I would like to clarify George Webb's complaint. Firstly he was a TENANT in my house (not the owner) and had the aircons fitted without my permission and then WITHOUT PAYING the provider (and still has not 5 months after installation) tried to get me to write SOME of his outstanding rent against the full cost of these fixtures, which to me is frankly **********. I have been dealing with Dirk from Bavaria Air to resolve this issue and found him to be completely professional and fair in all my dealings with him. Secondly Mr Webb deliberately damaged the power connections to the aircon heat exchangers before vacating the property (this being a separate issue to the rest of the damage done to my house) and tried to remove the aircons using another supplier after vacating the property, which is tantamount to attempted ***** of a fixture from my property. This has caused additional expense to repair. I AM MORE THAN HAPPY WITH THE INSTALLATION AND ALL THE DEALINGS I HAVE HAD WITH THE COMPANY! | |||
