Where has service gone to in SA?

My Son gave me two air conditioners from Bavaria that he had installed in his house and removed by Bavaria air and installed in my house by Bavaria Technician. Since Installation early November 2011 only one unit is working. The other unit trips the earth leakage and cannot be used at all. Apparently we have a warranty on the units, but at the rate that they do not show up to investigate my problem the warranty will be expired when they finally show up. I Contacted Bavaria air several times. My son also contacted them but with no response. Finally I was contacted on Saturday when at the airshow. I said that to them and contacted again on Monday morning 09:00 but nobody answered and I left a message. Immediately I was phoned and asked who was talking. When mentioning my name the person said it was the wrong number. She did not respond to my voice call and only replied to me 18:30 and said she was waiting for me to contact her. I replied that I still need help, but she replied she will have a look to see if she can send someone out tomorrow because they are very busy. This is the second month without one air conditioner - Am I not important after payment? Eish!
