I have been having such a Bad Attitude from Jessica! I have phoned in so many times asking for a qoute on Aircons. This being one of the leading aircon companies currently in this area. She tells me she will phone me back and never does. Then after phoning a few times she said she lost my number, and now after speaking to her again (having to phone again) she was so rude to me and puts the phone down in my ear! I would suggest if this company would like to continue business that they get better staff thats friendly to clients and gives them customers service!!! Thats if they whant the business! Youve just lost out on a sale of 15 Aircons Thanks to Jessica!!!! |
