| Booked the airconditioning installation for a week in advance as per the rep Stephan. The morning of the intended installation Stephan the rep phoned me to confirm they would be there but only late afternoon and that they would have to work late. I said that was fine expecting them at 4pm. At just after 5 they phoned to say they were on there way. They arrived at 6pm where they said they would like to have a look at the job and see what it entailed. After showing them the job they said they would have to work untill 10pm. I said unfortunately I have small kids which need to be in bed by 730pm and as two of the units were going into there rooms this wouldnt work. They would have to do one unit now and complete the rest of the job topmorrow afternoon at 1:30pm when someone would be at home again. They then phoned Stephan the rep to find out if this would be okay.. Stephan then told me that they had to finish the job tonight. I said this is impossible due to my children having to go to bed and that they could do one unit now and the others tomorrow. He then insisted that they finish tonoght and I said if this is his attitude then cancel the order. Which he said was fine!! | |||
