Almost a month old, only worked 6 days????? |

Webought an aircon from them that has only worked 6 days in only a month and it has been the nightmare of my life getting them here to repair...the 2nd one since January 11 when installation took place and i have spoken to Chane, Joan, Marcel, Gerhard and lastly Tim. Also sent an email adressed to the owner of the business, who apparently does not have a personal email address, but no response ever! Everyone that i spoke to, promised to sort me out asap, but up until today, no reponse!! I had to phone 2 -4 times a day to try and get answers from these people. A 5 year warranty means nothing if the repairs are not done!! IAfter this, i'm contacting my local newspaper, as i feel at this stage that not one single Bavaria airon should be sold in the market. The service is appaling! I requested a new invoice as well as it was invoiced in the wrong name, but no luck! After speaking to all of them more than once, no-one still knows who i am and i have to give all my details every single time i phone there!! No concrete answers, just ******** and everyone just pulls up their shoulders...everyday becomes tomorrow, to no avail!! HOW UNPROFFESIONAL!!!!!
