Back in October last year I reported to you the poor service I had been receiving fro Altech Autopage. My problem centred around a payment that I made in April last year that for some reason best known to themselves did not get captured and credited to my account. I went to see them in August last year in Midrand taking my bank statement proving that I had indeed made the disputed payment. They made copies of the statement and assured me that they would sort it out. When I reported the problem to you I got a response from their 'customer service' dept. Once again I explained the issue to a male person who said he would 'look into' the matter. He did by getting a person by the name of Somi Cana to call me. Again I explained the story so far with again assurances that she would take care of it. Clearly she has not. My statements still reflect an arrears and again today can you believe I get an sms from Somi Cana stating that my service would be suspended today. This is the same person I explained the whole situation last year. What do you suggest I do, Take legal action for this harassment. Approach the Consumer Council for the appalling service and arrogant attitude. Help me !!! |
