I am a very unhappy customer. Since the inception of this contract I have been experiencing problems.My 9300 blackberry curve was faulty, I returned it for repairs and waited a very long time before it was returned. I had debit order problems and reverted to paying cash and my payment date was changed from the 25th to the 15th of each month. I only get paid on the 25th of each month. My account is currently suspended although I made payment on the 27th of Jan 2012. I have even informed them of my intention to pay. Today I received a sms stating that my further action will be taken against me for non payment. This is shocking. I have been paying for BIS services since July 2011 but was only able to use it form the 4th of Jan 2012. I made numerous calls to the call centre and each time they said the problem was rectified. BUT that was not the case. I spent approximately 2hrs on the 04/01/2012 to sort the BIS problem, it was a technical error which they failed to rectify on numerous occasions. I want compensation for those costs as well as the 6 months or more that I have paid for BIS and have not been able to use it. I am very unhappy with treatment I have received. |
