How skewed must your logic be to cut a cellphone line (my only means of communicating other than internet) without warning or giving me the chance to make payment! When internet SP's cap you they at least give you exclusive access to their site to communicate and purchase additional data I was unaware my debit order bounced and the next thing i get an sms "your account will now be suspended for non payment" BOOM disconnected. So i login to my bank make payment and true as %$^& there is no email address to send my proof of payment to. I CANT call you!! I DONT have a fax. This was yesterday morning. I still have zero connectivity and upon sending you a message on your website i am told I must wait 24-48hrs for a response? SORT YOUR ISSUES OUT! 1. There was no warning my debit had bounced 2.. There was no warning that my phone would be cut off (other than the fact it was) 3. There is no way to pay you and be able to call it through once you have 4. you have no email on your invoices for proof of payments, only fax (seriously!?!?) This is why I am done with your company after 8 years, your service has gone from bad to worse. This time I wont be too lazy to move in June |
