PATHETIC LACK OF PROBLEM SOLVING

I called the Altech customer service on the 23rd January to report lost airtime and spoke to call center agent Shadrack Masia and explained my problem.He always promised to call back with feedback BUT NEVER DID and i had to keep phoning back a number of times over the next 3 days.Eventually he handed the problem over to his supervisor Siphelele Mhlongo who after my many phone calls he said that he will email me documents, which up to today(8th February) i have still not received.Why can, not even the supervisor sort out a simple query.Altech is quick to debit your account but not so quick to sort out problems.I WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER CONTRACT WITH ALTECH AUTOPAGE EVER EVER EVER,FOREVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Utterly Disgusted: Problem DEFINITELY NOT RESOLVED. After logging my complaint on Hellopeter a Mr Ashley Molies called me saying he will be tracking this complaint & respond accordingly.I was given Ref No:207827.A follow up call was made asking me to fill out some forms so that MTN could release information to them.Now on this form MTN requests an undisclosed fee to release such info.I called Mr Molies to find out who must pay this fee as it is their responsibility as i pay them monthly. NO RESPONSE AS YET!!!
