| I got my iPhone around May 2011. I requested fro my Insurance to be upgraded and my Blackeberry services to be cancelled. NONE of this happened. When I contacted AP regarding the insurance they told me my insurance is R3500.00 and not R9500.00 as requested. They got back to me and said everything is done and the insurance will now only be for R7000.00 as that is the current value of the phone. Not my problem, cause I requested R9500.00. On 6 January I went to Head office to get my Insurance claim processed. Shaun who helped me was very helpful and we filled in all the documentation and the claim was processed. A month later suddenly my claim was never processed and no one at AP are able to help me with the situation or come up with a solution and I am still stuck with a broken phone. I basically wasted 2 hours at head office in January. TIME IS MONEY and your wasting it. | |||
