i recently sent a mail to your Zufar Abdool requesting the way forward with regard to converting my number to prepaid. he tells me to call some head office number to find out for myself. i requested him to find out for me because he obviosuly works for autopage and i would assume that it would be his job and that he would be more knowledgeable than me. he sends me an e-mail saying (in capital letters i might add: "I CANNOT TELL YOU IF YOU WILL KEEP YOUR NUMBER OR NOT AS OUR HEAD OFFICE WILL DETERMINE THAT. > > I CANNOT ****TO YOU OR GIVE YOU FALSE HOPE." is this the way you train your staff to speak to clients? I CANNOT ****TO YOU OR GIVE ME FALSE HOPE? Let me tell you that I do not deserve to be treated this way. I do not wish to be sent condescending e-mails by your incompetent staff. I still want the answer to my query as I hate autopage and want to get as far away from you'll as possible. Please contact me and advise me on how i can convert my number to prepaid, and how you plan to train your staff in customer services and basic manners. |
