I have been trying to activate a My Meg 250 Data Bundle on my contract since December. They EVENTUALLY activated the data bundle on the 30th of January. On my February invoice, they are charging me a partial charge for the MyMeg 250 for the last two days of the month (R36.50), they are also charging me the FULL amount for the MyMeg 250 (R86.84). And on top of all of this they are also charging me for all the data that I used (R350.46). So even after paying for a Data Bundle I did not receive any free data. How can this be possible? I am paying for the MyMeg 250 TWICE, but I did not receive any free data - that is impossible. I have tried to request a credit refund, but nobody is able to help me. I have tried everything to get some info or reaction from them. One lady in the Autopage store actually chewed me out for asking her to sort out the problem. I cannot wait to cancel my personal contract with them as well as the other 57 company contracts we have with them and move it to a service provider that actually offers some decent service. |

Kindly be advised that we have processed two credit on to your cellular account for the charges of the data bundle.
