This complaint was raised with you on 3 occassions, my cell phone numbers are 0828726918 & 0828644400, although I do not agree with Autopage on the GPRS usage, I agreed to pay an additional R100.00 per month plus my current amount on a monthly basis to Autopage so that this matter can be resolved. i do not have the entire money to pay all at once and due to the fact that I did not use my phone, Autopage insists that I did. Despite me agreeing to pay, Autopage still want s to suspend my phones. Why should I pay if my phone is going to be suspended, pls could you assist me. Why would someone continue to disagree with this bill if the person is guilty. If I know that i had used my phone on the net, then by now I should agree but i did not use the phone but agreed to pay the additional R100.00 per month. |
