On the 8th January 2012, I contacted Autopage Cellular to query the reason I was being billed for internet usage despite having a contract with BIS. My understanding in having BIS is that all internet browsing is free. The technical department @ Autopage Cellular contacted Cell C who is my service provider to query same and was given the reference number 1514992. On around the 12th January 2011 I contacted Cell C to follow up and was advised by them that there was certain settings which was not applied on their side but same has been rectified and all should be okay.
I then contacted customer care @ Autopage Cellular to query my account being credited and was advised that the credit would happen on my February 2012 statement. I also queried as to having proof that same would be done and was advised that I could use the reference 1514992 to make queries. Autopage like Cell C advised that the problem had been rectified.
On around the 31st January 2012 I noticed that my account was still being billed with charges for internet usage. On the 1st February 2012, I sent a complaint online to Autoppage Cellular. On Saturday the 4th February 2012 I still had not receive A RESPONSE
