I have been struggling to get Autopage to sort out a Blackberry problem for almost 2 months. I upgraded to a Blackberry in October 2011 and on receiving my account in December, I discovered that my account was R2000 and more. I have phoned and visited Autopage on more occasions than I care to remember. I have BIS on my account and have been told to check IP addresses and Internet settings, all of which I have done. It is exactly as they say it should be. Autopage keep telling me that it is downloading that is costing me. I am not downloading and have not done anything that I shouldn't on this phone. How can I get anyone at Autopage to sort this problem out when they don't phone me back EVER! now my line will be cut for something I have done. Autopage must be the worst service provider I have ever had the disaster to deal with. Sharon Alvarez |
