At the end of November 2011 I went to Autopage in The Glen to purchase a Body Glove for my Nokia C7. I was assisted by a very friendly gentlemen named Merlyn. He indicated that he is able to attach the screen protector on my behalf. When he finished, we noticed a rather large bubble which he could not get rid of. He promised to obtain a new screen protector at Autopage's cost and would let me know as soon as stock arrived. I have mailed him several times without a return email and even went there more than 10 times since then. Each and every time I am told: "No stock yet". It's been more than 2 months and still no stock? Surely, to retain me as a valued client (especially now that I am due for an upgrade), he should have gone to any of the other 4 cellphone shops and bought one to keep me happy? Still waiting for stock I would imagine. |
