I lodged a complaint previously on Hello Peter about lack of service. A very nice gentlemen phoned me and agreed that my experience was awful and they will certainly look at rectifying the problems. Iris then called me as well to ask me what problems I experienced and said they would definitely bring it to everyones attention and look at rectifying it. REALLY - WHEN? I upgraded my 2cnd contract and during the first week it kept switching off. I called Caroline on the 26/01 and she said the courier would collect on the 30/01. They didn't pitch, nor the next day, after 2 calls they arrived on the 1/02. On the 3/02 I was told I had been credited and should receive the new phone on the 6/02. Didn't arrive, still not here and NO ONE can tell me where it is. I have left 3 messages for Iris none have been returned. Today the call centre agent interrupted her "meeting" and told me she said she had been trying to get hold of me and my husband. Really? You hold seances at Autopage? He has been dead for 6 years you ******!!!! PHoned upgrade dept again who told me to hold - 11 min later I landed up at some store who couldn't help me and told me to call upgrades.My biggest mistake was renewing |
