| May 2011 I changed my contract to a control chat 200 because I could not afford the debit order deducted from my acc by Altech Auto Page Cellular. They accepted my application to change to control chat 200 via sms, after that they locked my phone and demanded a payment of R 500 to reinstate my phone. After a week they reopened my line which they say will take upto 48 hours. In Jun 2011 exactaly the same happened. As from Jul 2011 my account started to pick up to about R 1 200. In Nov 2011 I went to the Zambesi branch to find out what is going on with my account because I can't get threw to customer service. I was asking for a credit on my acc and why was my control chat 200 not active, I can't afford accounts like this. They accepted my credit application by sms conformation. Monday 6 Feb 2012 I recieved a sms that my account must be paid in full more or less R 2 000. I took leave from my work (again) to go to the bank for statements and took it to Altech Auto Page where the staff was realy helpfull. They phoned headoffice again to confirm that my payment was done on 26 Jan 2012. They explained to head office that they are not allowed to cut my phone. They just ignored the agent??? | |||
