| I cancelled a contract with Autopage due to bad service and for allowing additional costs to be added to my account without my consent. Suddenly my account gets debited with R702.00 in the final month and that for an account that was hardly used for calling. When contacting Autopage with my query, I get told that I have to proof usage through my itemized billing (which I have never received a single month, but was charged for) On telling the consultant this, I get a fax number from which to request my itemized billing. I send the fax and now 3 days later, still no responds from Autopage. Really pathetic service. | |||
