Hi Refering to the complaint I put in on Fri 25 Nov '11 about 'Bad conduct towards clients'. I am pleased to say that the customer services refunded my moneys efficiently & proffesionaly. Appology accepted and I will definetly use Autotrader again in the future as long as the 'mistake' is not repeated. As they say: 'All that ends well, goes well'. Thanks Autotrader team |
