| My wife rear-ended someone beginning February. I only knew about this when the hospital phoned me to fetch her from the trauma unit. At this point, A&G had already arranged towing (Precision Towing) as well as setting the claim in motion. Precision Towing were as good and kind as to pack all the loose stuff in a bag and sent it along with the ambulance. There was a lot of stuff in the boot and the next morning I fetched that. They even helped me load my other vehicle. A&G kept me informed every step of the way. Every time anything was needed, they contacted me. Every time they needed to pass on info, they contacted me. Well done Jazmine and the subcontractor on your panel, Precision Towing, for making this as hassle free as you did. Well done Jazmine for always being friendly and all the assistance you gave. | |||
