I received my annual insurance increase which worked out to 20% higher than the previous year. I called through to the call centre and had a discount of approximately R275 applied within 5 minutes. I wish that the insurance companies would provide the optimal customer rate immediately instead of waiting for customers to call in. However, I have to compliment the Group Retentions department and the call centre in general for their quick and efficient reponse. |
