Mohammed has assisted me twice in the past 3 months. I have been doing shopping at other insurance companies for better premiums and deals and was about to cancel by A&G. However Mohammed understood my needs and ensured good pricing and over policy to cover my needs and keep me with A&G (which I do prefer). I now purchased a new car, and again Mohammed assisted me very well in keeping my premium affordable and my policy up to date. THANKS! and keep up the good work Mohammed, I have call centre experience myself and know very well how tiring the job can be. CSR's like yourself are hard to come by. Thanks again. |
