| I recently crashed my Honda CBR at the Kyalami track. I lodged a claim under my insurance policy with Auto & General and everything was done over the phone. Sibonelo who assisted me was absolutely exceptional - polite, well spoken and dedicated. He kept me updated of everything that was going on and even went the extra mile in ensuring that my claim was procesed in good time. The assessor Bruce called me personally and went out to see the damage to the bike the following day. He then called me personally and advised me of the decision. I am extremely impressed with the level of service at Auto & General and I really feel that I made the right choice for my insurer. It is this kind of service that creates lasting relationships and makes me as a client loyal to a service provider. Well done Sibonelo, Bruce, Auto & General. | |||
