| on the 7th of February i wrote a report concerning Bongani Mbele but it was never rated . i would like to commend Bongani Mbele of his good service to us . he has always been willing to help. on the 7th of february we received an sms that our policy where not showing the proof of payment. we called the auto General and Bongani assisted us told us the sytem had made an error of deleting the banking details and and he offered to send the policy schedule so that we can check whether the details where correct or not.Today i called the Auto General and he was also there to assist us with the addition of the Laptop that was replaced by Auto General. His attitude is great . we thank you auto General Business Insurance. the Company Think Notebooks that replaced our laptop where friendly pple and efficient as well . | |||
