| I spoke to a not-so-bright consultant earlier who was not interested in addressing the reason I wanted to cancel. The first consultant was not very clued in on her product knowledge and was not helpful at all. Pity her! I was then transfered to another gentleman who had no interest in saving my business and was just eager to hand me over to someone else and not even attempting to find a solution to my query. Then, I was eventually put through to Lerell Marshoff who was helpful and friendly all at once. Even though she could not do what I initially asked for, she explained the options I had and the process to follow to address my query. Lerell made sure my insurance needs were addressed at an affordable premium, if I could I would only deal with her... She is amazing and is a breath of fresh air. | |||
