I took out insurance with auto and general in the last week in July, I called back and canceled the insurance on the same day due to personal reasons. You would not believe what happened next, the money was actually deducted from my bank account on the 3rd of august. I phoned the call center this morning to find out what is going on, I spoke to Jenziwe who was unable to help me, but she said that she would put me thru to her superior, because he would be able to help me, but when she put me threw I got a message saying I am outside office hours and got cut off. Please refund my money and cancel my policy. |

As discussed with one of our Liaison Officers, by the time you have contacted us to cancel the policy, we have already lodged for premium, hence the reason for the deduction. We confirm that the policy has been cancelled, and a refund has been authorized. The money will reflect in your banking account within a period of 5 working days.
