| I had an accident in my vehicle (only one involved) on Thursday 9th Feb approx 10h30 on the dirt road between Dundee and Utrecht. Phoned Auto and general for a tow truck which arrived (thank you) an hour later after my call. Reported case to nearest police Station in Utrecht. completed all information with Auto and General by Friday morning. Was told that an assessor would see the vehice and submit the report within 72hrs. Having not heard anything by this morning 14/02 I phoned Auto and General to be told no assessor had been seen my vehicle as yet even though the vehicle was received at the panel beaters on Friday morning. I now sit without a vehicle and unsure of when I'll be able to get back on the road. | |||

| Quite Impressed: After posting my complaint on Hellopeter.com, I received a telephone call from Auto and General within 15hrs with an update that I was so desperately wanting. i have since had regular contact from Auto and General and we are in the process of finalising payments re writing the Tucson off. thank you for arranging a courtesy vehicle in the mean time. | |||
