Shocking service

I ordered a gents wedding ring fron this store in December and was told that it'll arrive within a week from another store. After 3 weeks the wrong ring arrived and was reordered. 6 weeks has passed in total and still no ring arrived. The staff is very unhelpfull making empty promises each time I call promising to call me back in 5 minutes with an update but never phone back. It's too late now to look for another wedding ring before my wedding. Shocking service!

First of all I can only apologies about the service and lack of follow ups. I spoke to the Sandton branch manager(Johan) and I understand that everything has been sorted out and you will collect the ring shortly.
