I took my Audi for service (First time) at Audi East Rand in December 2011. When I arrived, they were ready to receive me, job card already completed. While I was there in reception, several people asked me if I have been assisted. My car was spotlessly clean when I received it back. Great customer service guys. I rate you 11/10. Keep it up. |
