To whom it may concern I would like to log an official complaint for totally bad service received from Audi Northcliff I purchased a Audi A1 at the above dealer on 23/12/2011 and the process of getting this sale I must say the dealer was very helpful but the after sales is of the worst quality I have ever experienced. After receiving the vehicle I made arrangements for the vehicle to return early in 2012 for a list of issues I need to be rectified 1. I indicated to the dealer that they could take their time in resolving all the issues as it is school holidays. 2. I also indicated as long as I have the vehicle back before schools re-open 3. They had the vehicle for 5 days and when I started to enquire a day or two before the schools re-opened, the vehicle was not looked at for the entire days it was at the dealer 4. The first day of school I had to drop my son in Kempton Park very early at school 5. Drop my daughter in Wendywood at school early hours of the morning 6. Drop my wife at work in Sandton and get to work in Midrand before 08:00 due to the vehicle not being ready. 7. A loan car was issued the next day and a week later I received the vehicle 8.
