Our vehicle was serviced and returned with a oud noise in the steering. When we returned the vehicle we then find all sorts of problems with steering column and pump that cost R30000 to repair and car only 3000km out of motorplan. Appeal to Audi South Africa and get absolutly no help! Ask how to escalate the problem and get told there is no escalation option? Seriously? Can a supposed world brand really operate like this? Sad to say godbye to a brand that we have supported for our last 5 vehicles!!!! |
