Unfair treatment by Audi Sandton

I brought my car to service of 75000km, after they have completed they service I was told that they suspect that my car has noise on the clutch so they advise me that I should bring the for a longer period so that they can check the clutch of my car since it still under maintenance plan. I brought on the 10th January 2012. I got a call from the dealer they told me that they done the assessment of the clutch kit and their technical report concludes that the cause of the wear and tear of this clutch its not caused by material or anything but it's the driving style which they claim that I am responsible to pay the amount of about R20 000.00. I then told them that my car is still under maintenance plan and I am not going to pay anything, I was told that then I must pay for the labour and the assessment of the clutch , I told them I never requested that service and I am not going to pay anything I just want my car back. They told me that I am not going to get my car it I don't pay for these services.
