I would like to bitterly complain on the poor service and lack of caring attitude I received from Audi West Rand (in Constantia). My car broke down on Friday morning and I left it at Audi West Rand at around 11:30. The service adviser and service manager have not been considerate in dealing with my case. I have been refused a courtesy car and I have been lied to on two occasions. I was promised that the parts to fix my car will arrive at the dealer yesterday. Today at about 13:10 I called them and I was only inform that there is a possibility that I would not have my car ready today. I spend the weekend without a car and I needed to attend work related workshops but I couldn't. I work in Pretoria from Jo'burg, and it has been a nightmare to get to work because Audi don't consider your situation serious. I'm bitterly disappointment on the manner I have been treated by Audi. I would like to request that you help me to just get my car back. I don't care about Audi's courtesy car anymore. I just need my car fixed quickly. They have failed to communicate with me on the progress of my car. Martinus and Given must be Fired, Period. |
