HEADLINE	Sold an Audi with out the true facts
Purchased an Audi from Audi West rand- the car has hard starting problems- cant get it diagnosed by Audi- been 2 years- also sold a 2007 model as a 2008-Was sold the car without knowing the problems- Hein Nel the General Manager has refused to sit down with me EVER to discuss a way forward- SHOCKING/ POOR/ UNFAIR service- will NEVER recommend Audi West rand EVER!! if you are looking for an AUDI try any other branch- be very careful of WEST RAND rather go elsewhere so he can not ruin the "new car" experience for you!!
