It is in now absolute frustration and dismay that I write this letter of complaint to yourselves as the continued shocking service received from Audi Centre N1 City seemingly has no end and am seeminly not able to resolve my issues with the dealer principle Craig Kriel who has seen fit to insult and challenge me rather than attend to the glaringly obvious and repeated neglect of and poor service provided by his employees. I bought an Audi TTRS coupe (Reg. no.: CA91272) for almost R750 000.00 in May 2010 from Audi Centre N1 City in Cape Town and despite enjoying the vehicle tremendously, what should have been an enjoyable experience has turning out to be a nightmare due to repeated lack of service, lack of attention to detail and neglect by the service department of this dealership. The first incident was in March / April 2011 when the brakes of this vehicle were due for replacment as shown by the brake indicators. An appointment was made with Audi Centre N1 and the vehicle was taken in that morning between 8 and 9am.
