POOR SERVICE

I recently took my car to Audi Bruma to diagnose or fix a problem I had on the engine. They had the car for three days and could not find anything wrong. They asked if I can test the car and if the problem occurs again to book it for more tests. About two weeks back I took the car in again, this time they found the problem and tried to fix it. Bridgette, the service advisor phoned to say that it will cost X amount to replace the injectors, I said they must go ahead and replace it. Upon collecting the car she said that the injectors was not changed as they fixed the problem. Keep in mind they had the car for another two days. I got my car back and the problem started agian a day after. I phoned Audi Bruma last Wednesday and spoke with Glen and he assured me that someone will phone and reschedule. Thursday Audi Bruma phoned to see if I was happy with the service I got and I told the same story to the lady I spoke with. She also assured me that someone will contact me and reschedule. I have not heard from anyone at Audi Bruma. Well done Audi Bruma, just another unhappy customer.
