| bought a new A4 1.8T ever since purchased this vehicle i am having problems with the dealership, when the vehicle went in for repairs it was damaged even more, faults that i reported where not fixed.there is a clicking noise on the drivers floor. after two years the dealership said that they had found the fault,IT WAS A PEN LODGED IN THE AIR DUCT. but the noise still exist. THIS VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED BY AN AREA MANAGER GERALD BOUWER WHO CLAIMED THAT THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE, when i requested a copy of this report i was told that i could not get it.EVERY TIME I COMPLAINT TO AUDI SA THEY JUST REFER ME BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP, WITH THE SAME OLD PROMISE. IT WAS SUGGESTED BY AUDI SA GWEN TO TAKE MY VEHICLE FOR A 2nd OPINION id and Audi bruma inspected this vehicle and said that there is a fault, according the the service manager Glen with a technician. bruma then discussed this in the tech service committee, arranged for a flying technician to inspect the vehicle. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF AUDI SA, THEY CANNOT RECEIVE ANY COMPLAINT AND HAVE IT RESOLVED. I AM DRIVING A CAR THAT I AM NOT VERY IMPRESSED, I SUGGEST THAT WE READERS DO NOT SUPPORT EAST RAND BOYCOTT AUDI | |||
