Faulty vehicle

I am totally not happy with the vehicle I bought at Audi Johannesburg. Below is summary of my dissatisfaction with the dealership and the vehicle.
-I bought the car (brand new) in July 2011. It is an Audi TT TFSI
-During November 2011, I started having problems with the ESP and TPMS faulty systems
-The vehicle was booked in at Audi Fourways on 24 November 2011 and the accelerator mechanism was replaced
-Second week in January 2012, the same problem re-occurred and I took the vehicle (drive through) to Audi Fourways and they reset the ESP system
-On the same day I drove to Audi Johannesburg to inform them and their service team about the same problem
-The car was booked in for the 26 January 2012 for diagnosis and I was informed that everything was fine
-On 4 February 2012 ( a week after the diagnosis) the same problem re-occurred

I met with them to discuss this matter and informed them that I would like to have a replacement (new)car as they cannot rectify this problem. It's hardly 12 months but I find myself spendig time at Audi Johanesburg trying to resolve this matter. The General Manager is not willing to commit to any timelines and to respond in writting - excuses.
