Cat Converter is still leaking. 0/10 for service..

For the last year or so, I have been servicing my car at the Audi Rivonia branch. About 2 months ago, a couple of people mentioned to me that my car sounded funny - one of them was a mechanic at the Audi in Menlyn when I quickly popped in to change a blown bulb. So I booked my car in for a check up in Rivonia. We found that the catalytic converter was leaking. So before I forked out R22,500.00, my service consultant made some calls to find out if my warranty covered this... Saturday, 10 December I think this was... I'm still waiting for him to get back to me. But that's not why I'm vexed; I understand he took ill. And didn't return to work last year. What irritates me is that nobody picked up on his open job cards, to respond to his waiting customers.

So after about 10 days I returned to Audi Rivonia. I presented myself and my problem to your receptionists and sat down. 15 minutes later, I reminded your receptionists that I was still waiting for service... another 15 minutes and by now, your waiting chairs were no longer comfortable and my sense of humour had evaporated. Another 15 mins later, I left...

So my catalytic converter is still leaking.
