| After my B8 2. tdi ( bought it brand new in 2008, currently on 77 000) was serviced at the end of November 2011, it was struggling to start. At times it took about 5 attempts before it would start. On 18/12 it eventually refused to start at all and had to be taken to the workshop. Since then it was towed in six times with exactly the same problem. Thy have replaced two diesel pumps, a filter and a valve but the car still refuses to start after it is parked for a while. Audi customer care also does not want to give me the number of the regional manager. It is clear that they are not able to diagnose the problem.They wanted me to pay for the filter but i refused because I was not sure that that was causing the problem. After they replaced it as a"gesture of goodwill"... still the same problem. Car is in the workshop now for the sixth time!!! I will never buy an Audi again!!! | |||
